The robot can last for 8 hours on a full charge, with a mileage of up to 12 kilometers (the default speed is 0.5m/s, according to the horizontal track).

The precise positioning system displayed in this exhibition is based on UWB and ZigBee dual-mode positioning technology and adopts integrated base station design, which is the most advanced positioning product in the industry. It not only solves the technical problems of distance measurement and direction judgment with an antenna spacing of 30cm, but also solves the problem of low power consumption and small data volume wireless transmission by using dual-mode technology.

 

Booth Highlight 4——equipment health management and intelligent analysis system

 

Equipment health management and intelligent analysis system is based on sensing technology, wireless transmission technology, computer technology, etc., through the collection of vibration and temperature parameters of rotating equipment, to achieve online operation of the entire life cycle of the equipment Monitoring, analysis, early warning, and alarm to ensure the stable and healthy operation of equipment. The system itself has a variety of built-in and improved algorithms, supports machine learning, and has a fault model library. The system has the characteristics of wireless and large capacity. The data is sent and reported between the collector and the sensor through wireless transmission. Within the signal coverage of the collector, it is calculated according to the default working cycle, and supports access to 150 temperature sensors or 50 vibration temperature sensors. At the same time, the system has the function of intelligent monitoring and alarm, which can monitor the operation status of underground equipment in real time, and classify faults in real time into three levels: early warning, alarm, and shutdown alarm, providing guidance for equipment maintenance and shortening downtime.
