On October 26, 2021, the "19th China International Coal Mining Technology Exchange and Equipment Exhibition" was grandly opened in Beijing.
It is understood that the theme of this exhibition is "intelligent, efficient, and low-carbon leadership". It is sponsored by China Coal Industry Association and co-organized by China Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd. Invited Hua Jianmin, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress, Huang Yuzhi, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the National Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, Ren Lixin, Deputy Director of the Coal Department of the National Energy Administration, Liang Jiakun, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Coal Industry Association , Wang Xiangxi, Chairman of the National Energy Group and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, relevant leaders of government departments, and relevant leaders of large enterprise groups attended the opening ceremony.
As a leader in IoT products and services for smart mines, the related products have been widely used in the coal industry. Intelligent coal mine construction products and systems such as communication systems, precise positioning systems, equipment health management and intelligent analysis systems, and rail-mounted robots have attracted many industry exhibitors and customers to stop at the booth and consult.
Booth Highlight 1——5GWireless Communication System
The next day technology 5G wireless communication system mainly consists of three-layer 10G switches, base station controllers (BBU), multimedia edge gateways, converged service switches, scheduling servers, recording servers, 5G core network composition. The system realizes independent networking through the 5G core network, and realizes the independent operation of the system without the use of the public network, ensuring the security, reliability and stability of wireless communication and data transmission; Public network calls and data transmission. Help the mining party to truly achieve the effect of "a local core network, data does not go out of the mine". In addition, the system also has the characteristics of self-diagnosis and fault indication, interconnection, large system capacity, flexible scheduling, and fast transmission rate.
Booth Highlight 2——Robots
The next day technology rail hanging robot system is mainly composed of the robot body, the motion mechanism and the upper computer monitoring platform. Through the upper computer monitoring terminal, it can send control commands to the underground robot. The rail-mounted robot is an autonomous power, integrated sensing technology, robot technology and artificial intelligence analysis technology, with functions such as real-time power monitoring, self-feeding charging, data collection and analysis, and is used for underground coal mine inspections. During the movement, it can analyze the equipment failure points and the illegal operation behavior of personnel according to the video and infrared thermal images. The robot can last for 8 hours on a full charge, with a mileage of up to 12 kilometers (the default speed is 0.5m/s, according to the horizontal track).
Booth Highlight 3——Precision Positioning System
The precise positioning system displayed in this exhibition is based on UWB and ZigBee dual-mode positioning technology and adopts integrated base station design, which is the most advanced positioning product in the industry. It not only solves the technical problems of distance measurement and direction judgment with an antenna spacing of 30cm, but also solves the problem of low power consumption and small data volume wireless transmission by using dual-mode technology.
Booth Highlight 4——equipment health management and intelligent analysis system
Equipment health management and intelligent analysis system is based on sensing technology, wireless transmission technology, computer technology, etc., through the collection of vibration and temperature parameters of rotating equipment, to achieve online operation of the entire life cycle of the equipment Monitoring, analysis, early warning, and alarm to ensure the stable and healthy operation of equipment. The system itself has a variety of built-in and improved algorithms, supports machine learning, and has a fault model library. The system has the characteristics of wireless and large capacity. The data is sent and reported between the collector and the sensor through wireless transmission. Within the signal coverage of the collector, it is calculated according to the default working cycle, and supports access to 150 temperature sensors or 50 vibration temperature sensors. At the same time, the system has the function of intelligent monitoring and alarm, which can monitor the operation status of underground equipment in real time, and classify faults in real time into three levels: early warning, alarm, and shutdown alarm, providing guidance for equipment maintenance and shortening downtime.
"Intelligent, efficient, low-carbon leadership" will be the only way for the high-quality development of the coal industry. Next Day Technology will take this exhibition as an opportunity to help coal enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, promote the development of intelligent coal construction, and empower the intelligent development of the coal mining industry.
