Origin：
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of coal mining automation, the number of large-scale mobile excavation, coal mining equipment and auxiliary equipment has increased. At present, various large-scale mobile equipment such as continuous miners, bolters, shuttle cars, bolters, and crushers, as well as belt conveyors, hydraulic supports and other equipment are widely used in various mines. As the number of these devices continues to increase, mine asset management is faced with problems such as chaotic equipment management, equipment loss, low efficiency of manual inspection, inability to track the location in real time, many missed inspections, and low level of informatization. Based on this background, the next day technology comprehensively upgraded and released the "asset network management platform".
The next day technology networking asset management platform, based on the Internet of Things technology, uses active tags to realize equipment identification, realizes data collection through positioning base stations, handheld devices and other information collection terminals, and background software completes data storage, analysis, and processing. Complete the transformation of asset management from manual operation to informatization and intelligence, thereby improving the efficiency of enterprise asset management. The next day technology asset networking management platform is compatible with group asset management and individual mine asset management.
Group Asset Management Topology
A single mine asset management topology
Device lifecycle management
The whole life cycle information management of equipment purchase, storage, storage, well entry, maintenance, and scrapping realizes the transparency of equipment information.
Real-time location tracking
Based on the combination of downhole positioning and uphole positioning, the functions of all-round equipment inventory, real-time positioning, trajectory query, abnormal movement alarm, and illegal well exit alarm are realized.
Read and write information at close range
Combined with handheld devices, the identification card can be read and written at close range, providing a convenient channel for device information reading, fault records, maintenance records, and replacement parts records.
Terminal 5 years long battery life
The device identification card has the characteristics of long-distance identification and positioning (400 meters radius) and long battery life (5 years maintenance-free).
At present, the next day technology asset networking management platform has been successfully applied to a group to manage the group's equipment and more than ten mine equipment, so as to achieve rapid equipment positioning, cross-regional positioning, and abnormal movement alarms for equipment, improving the performance of the equipment. Take stock of efficiency and asset security.
