On March 24, Tai'an Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau organized a special meeting on mine disaster analysis and management of underground mining non-coal mining enterprises in the city. A total of more than 40 people attended the meeting, including the heads of the relevant county (city, district) safety supervision bureaus, the chiefs of mines, the principals and safety chiefs of 14 underground non-coal mining enterprises in the city.

At the meeting, the Safety Supervision Bureaus of Daiyue District, Feicheng City, and Dongping County respectively reported the safety supervision of underground mining enterprises in 2014 and the safety supervision ideas of underground mines in 2015 ; the underground mining enterprises reported the analysis of major mine disasters and prevention and control measures respectively. ; The person in charge of the Mining Section of the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau commented on the mine disaster analysis of 14 underground mining enterprises one by one, and made specific arrangements for the safety supervision of underground mines; the responsible comrades of the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau and 14 companies After a heart-to-heart dialogue, they put forward requirements on the analysis and management of underground mines and mine disasters and the work of safety production.

The meeting demanded that the first is to promote law and order. All local mining enterprises should comprehensively improve their awareness of abiding by the law, keep in mind that production according to law is the foundation of their life, and constantly improve their ability and level to run mines according to law. The second is to strictly implement the main responsibility. Improve the awareness of safety production responsibility, and fully implement the main responsibilities stipulated in the provincial government's decree No. 260 . The third is to deepen the investigation of hidden dangers of accidents. All local mining enterprises should routinely carry out "three-level safety assessments" for mines, systems, and regions, and "five-level hidden danger inspections" for positions, teams, district teams, majors, and mines, and specify the responsibility of special personnel to ensure effective and long-term results. Fourth, continue to push the offensive to overcome difficulties. Mining enterprises all over the country should conduct in-depth self-examination in accordance with the "Regulations on Safe Production Conditions for Metal and Non-metallic Underground Mines in Shandong Province (Interim)" (Lu An Jian Fa [ 2014 ] No. 17 ), list non-conformance lists, and establish "one mine, one mine". Policy” to determine the time limit for rectification. The fifth is to implement mine disaster prevention and control measures. Each enterprise must resolutely implement the "five haves" for each mine disaster analyzed, namely: corresponding prevention and control measures, time limit for rectification or improvement, responsible department and responsible person, and guarantee for rectification or improvement Funds and a corresponding emergency response plan.
