In order to conscientiously implement the "Nine Regulations on Tunnel Construction Safety" jointly issued by the State Administration of Work Safety and other four ministries (commissions) and strengthen the safety guarantee measures for highway tunnel projects, Zhejiang Province will start from March 5th to September 30th. Carry out special activities to implement the "Nine Regulations on Tunnel Construction Safety" for highway projects under construction. In accordance with the general requirements of "iron regulations, just implementation, full coverage, real implementation, and actual results", the special activities will highlight the key parts and weak links of highway tunnel construction safety production, in-depth investigation and control of safety hazards in the process of highway tunnel construction, and standardize Construction safety prevention system, implement each regulation to relevant enterprises

The inspection of special activities includes all the highways, general national and provincial highway projects, and tunnels under construction of rural highways that are under industry supervision in the province. The activities were carried out in three stages: mobilization and deployment, self-examination and self-correction, and special supervision. In order to ensure that the activities are effective, joint inspections, mutual inspections in different places, etc. will be adopted, the three-level linkage of provinces, cities and counties, and the coordination of multiple departments will increase the intensity of unannounced and unannounced visits and social supervision. At the same time, law enforcement will be intensified, and industry law enforcement will be intensified. For potential safety hazards and problems found in the inspection, order rectification within a time limit and follow-up implementation; for those involving major safety hazards, order to suspend work for rectification; And recorded in the enterprise and personnel credit evaluation.
