The GZD30(W) wireless vibration sensor for mines is mainly used for running status monitoring and alarm of rotating equipment in mines. It mainly consists of: roller, motor and reducer (CST) of the belt conveyor; motors, reducers and pump stations of three units for mining; compressed air fans, ventilation fans and water pump houses. In conjunction with the data collector and upper-level analysis platform, the sensor has optional functions of customized hierarchical alarms for equipment vibration and sudden increase in vibration, and sending of commands to stop the belt conveyor. In case of any abnormality, fault information is displayed on the screen, and the vibration and temperature data are shown synchronously. After troubleshooting, alarms and faults will be eliminated, and alarm and fault records will be retained.
