The intrinsically safe electrical products should be installed and used in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and the working conditions required in the product instruction manual.

2. During acceptance, check whether the product has valid mining product safety signs and product factory certificate; whether the relevant information reflected in the product nameplate is the same as the content marked in the safety sign certificate (including product name, specification model, safety sign number, production unit and address, etc.); the safety sign certificate indicates whether the components associated with this product have valid safety signs, and the name, specification model, safety sign number, production unit and the safety sign certificate are consistent; product safety warning signs Whether the board is complete, clear and complete.
3. When accepting the intrinsic safety related system (such as safety monitoring system, personnel management system, power monitoring system, etc.), it should be checked whether it has the overall safety mark of the system, and whether the actual components of the system are consistent with those marked in the safety mark certificate, including Product name, specification model, safety sign number, production unit, etc.
4. Before use, check whether the protection function of the product is normal and whether the action is reliable. It should be measured whether the working voltage and working current of the product meet the parameters required by the manual. Determine if the equipment associated with this product or mating equipment meets the specified requirements and is wired correctly.
5. Do not use the ground wire as an intrinsically safe circuit loop (except for ground protection).
6. The product user shall not arbitrarily change the associated equipment and matching equipment of the intrinsically safe product, otherwise it will change the intrinsic safety performance of the product and cause the product to explode. When the product manufacturer changes the associated or matching equipment, it must submit a change application to the National Safety Standard Center in time, and can only proceed after the re-examination and inspection are qualified.
7. When using and maintaining intrinsically safe products, "the model, specification and parameters of intrinsically safe and electrical components related to intrinsically safe circuits shall not be changed". The modification of intrinsically safe products can only be carried out by the product manufacturer, and can only be used after passing the inspection by a qualified inspection agency.
